This site is built for people in distress. Accessibility isn’t a checkbox here, it’s the doctrine.
Our standard
We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA across the site: semantic structure, keyboard navigability, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, and motion that respects prefers-reduced-motion.
Why it matters here
The Trust Frame is built for visitors in crisis, including visitors using screen readers, magnification, or captioned video at 2:14 a.m. Calm, legible, navigable pages are the product, not an accommodation.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party components (scheduling, video players) are outside our direct control. We choose vendors with accessible defaults and pass issues upstream when found.
