What we collect
When you request your TrustFrame Score, the companion paper, or a call, we collect what you give us: your name, your firm, and a way to reach you. When you browse, standard analytics record pages viewed, device type, and referring source.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for, to run the engagement if you become a client, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information. Requesting the free score adds you to exactly one thing: the scoring queue.
Call recording
Consultations and intake calls may be recorded for quality and training. You’ll hear a disclosure at the start of any recorded line, and you can decline recording and continue the call.
Cookies & analytics
We use first-party analytics and advertising cookies to understand what content helps and to measure campaigns. Your browser’s settings and our banner controls let you limit them.
What we share
Service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, scheduling, analytics) process data on our instructions, under contract. We disclose information if the law requires it, and only then.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows.
- Opt out of marketing at any time, one click or one reply.
