What the content is
Everything here, the doctrine, the study findings, the scores, is marketing and educational information for law firm owners. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and reading it creates no client or engagement relationship.
The TrustFrame Score
The free score is a diagnostic assessment delivered as described on the scorecard page. It carries no obligation on either side, and its findings are our professional opinion, provided as-is.
Intellectual property
The Trust Frame methodology, the study, the site’s content and design are ours (or licensed to us). Read them, share links to them, cite them with attribution, don’t republish or resell them.
Engagements
Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, including the guarantee’s literal terms. Nothing on this site modifies a signed agreement.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
