You may read, watch, download the desk cards where a book permits it, and share links freely.
You may not copy the site, the books, the videos or the reports for republication or resale, or use them to build a competing service.
You may not use the forms to send anything unlawful, or to impersonate anyone.

This site is about marketing for law firms. Nothing on it is legal advice, and nothing on it creates an attorney-client relationship with anyone.
The case studies describe specific firms in specific markets. They are not a promise about yours. The guarantee’s terms are on the Guarantee page and in the agreement clients sign.
Ownership
The Trust Frame, the TrustFrame Score, ScoreBoard, the books, the videos and the text on this site belong to Score More Clients or Mosbey Media, and the study and its findings are published under their names.
Your firm’s name, logo and content remain yours. Case studies appear with the client’s permission.
Quote the research with attribution; ask before reproducing anything at length.
The TrustFrame Score
The free score is a written opinion about a public website, prepared by a person against a published standard. It is yours to act on with anyone.
It is not a guarantee of results, and it does not obligate you to anything.
We look only at what a visitor can see, and we contact no one at your firm or your vendors.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not warrant that it always will be.
To the extent the law allows, Score More Clients is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
If a term is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
