The Foundation, explained.

The Foundation is the first of our five mechanisms, and it is called the stabilization device for a reason. It is the website, the video and the story. It is where a frightened visitor decides whether you are safe, and they decide in about fifty milliseconds.

Everything that decision touches is the Foundation. The layout and the space on the first screen. The first sentence, which names their situation before it names your firm. The face they see, which has to be the real attorney they will meet, not a stock model in a suit. And the step they are asked to take, which has to be small.

We rebuild the site on the seven-layer sequence, from stabilization through decompression. We film the attorney twice a year, twenty to thirty videos a session, scripted to the exact fractures your score found. We write the story from the reader’s fear rather than the firm’s résumé. And we keep the site alive afterward, watching a hundred visitor sessions a month for the moment belief breaks.

Without the Foundation, none of the other mechanisms have anywhere to land. Traffic arrives at a page that fails in fifty milliseconds. So this is where every engagement starts, and where the score looks first.
