Levitt Legal.

A solo criminal defense practice in the Salt Lake City metro area that had lost faith in marketing altogether. Engagement began March 2024. Sixteen phone leads a quarter became 182, one year later.

Darren Levitt, founding attorney

He had stepped away from the practice of law. Then the phone started ringing.

By January 2024 Darren Levitt had cycled through agencies, each promising results and delivering impressive reports and nothing else. He was spending $8,000 to $10,000 a month; in the first quarter of 2024 that investment produced twelve inquiries, zero qualified leads and zero revenue. Not one consultation. The gap between his courtroom talent and his marketing results was so wide that he stepped away from practicing law entirely. The rebuild started in March.

What was built. The five mechanisms, in the order the score set.

The Foundation first.

A rebuilt site on the seven-layer sequence: a real face above the fold, the fear named before the firm, the free confidential call and the payment plan within sight of every button, and the video library that replaced the stock imagery.

Then the engine and the valve.

Crisis-intent content for the searches a frightened Utahn types at 2 a.m., Google Business Profile as the storefront, and Google Ads landing on pages that continued the sequence. Advertising leads grew eleven times on a budget that stepped down as organic grew.

The catch, measured.

CallRail on every source from day one, so the before and after are two screenshots of the same report a year apart. Intake coaching so the calls became the cases in the January log.

In their words. Unedited.

“We were spending on every channel and watching the leads not turn into cases. Score More Clients rebuilt the whole thing around how people actually decide.”

Why these results are replicable

They are the predictable outcome of deploying a crisis-engineered system. The Trust Frame works because it is built on neuroscience, trauma psychology and fifteen years of conversion data, not marketing trends or copywriting tricks. When you regulate a nervous system in freefall, deploy persona-matched proof, and engineer temporal compression, prospects convert. Not sometimes. Systematically.

The method

More case files. Real owners. Real numbers.
